药材介绍 Herb Introduction:
人参,又称为亚洲参,是具有肉质的根,多年生草本植物。《神农本草经》是现存最早的中药学专著,记载着中国4000年前就已经形成的人参药用的精髓:“人参,味甘微寒,主补五脏,安精神,定魂魄,止惊悸,除邪气,明目,开心益智。久服,轻身延年。

干贝即扇贝的干制品。古人曰:“食后三日,犹觉鸡虾乏味。”可见干贝之鲜美非同一般。它是由扇贝的闭壳肌风干制成。干贝富含蛋白质、碳水化合物、核黄素和钙、磷、铁等多种营养成分,蛋白质含量高达61.8%,为鸡肉、牛肉、鲜对虾的3倍。矿物质的含量远在鱼翅、燕窝之上。干贝含丰富的谷氨酸钠,味道极鲜。与新鲜扇贝相比,腥味大减。干贝具有滋阴补肾、和胃调中功能,能治疗头晕目眩、咽干口渴、虚痨咳血、脾胃虚弱等症,常食有助于降血压、降胆固醇、补益健身。据记载,干贝还具有抗癌、软化血管、防止动脉硬化等功效。

建议煮法 Preparation:
材料:汤料一包,肉类三百克,六碗清水。
1. 将所材料有冲洗一会。
2. 将所有材料倒入锅中,加水。
3. 以大火将药材煮滚,随后以文火煨煮一个半小时。
4. 加入适量酱油或盐,趁热上桌。
Ingredients: One packet of soup ingredients, 300g of meat, 6 bowls of water.
1. Rinse all ingredients once.
2. Place all of them in a pot with 6 bowls of water.
3. Bring to boil and turn down the fire to simmer for at least 1 and a half hour and serve hot.
4. Add salt or soya sauce as desired.
