药材介绍 Herb Introduction:
泡参也就是野生花期参, 也称西洋参.  西洋参(花旗参)是一种补而不燥、男女老少皆宜的高级保健品。西洋参具有补气养血、滋阴补肾、健脾养胃、延缓衰老及养颜等功效。用于气虚阴亏,内热,咳喘痰血,虚热烦倦,消渴,口燥喉干。

芡实属中药中的收涩药,为睡莲科植物芡的干燥成熟种仁,产于湖南、江西、安徽等地,又名水流黄、鸡头果、苏黄等。功能补中益气,益肾固精,除湿止带。用于梦遗滑精,遗尿尿频,脾虚久泻,白浊,带下。同时具有很高的食疗价值,在我国自古作为永葆青春活力、防止未老先衰之良物。

建议煮法 Preparation:
材料:汤料一包,肉类三百克,六碗清水。
1. 将所材料有冲洗一会。
2. 将所有材料倒入锅中,加水。
3. 以大火将药材煮滚,随后以文火煨煮一个半小时。
4. 加入适量酱油或盐,趁热上桌。
Ingredients: One packet of soup ingredients, 300g of meat, 6 bowls of water.
1. Rinse all ingredients once.
2. Place all of them in a pot with 6 bowls of water.
3. Bring to boil and turn down the fire to simmer for at least 1 and a half hour and serve hot.
4. Add salt or soya sauce as desired.
