药材介绍 Herb Introduction:
淮山又名淮山药,是山药的成品名。为薯蓣科多年生草本植物薯蓣的块根,冬季采挖。山药易栽培,最适宜在黄沙土生长,中国已有几百年的栽培山药历史。它的分布很广,著名的有河南、福建、山东、河北等地。营养丰富,药用价值极高。功能主治:益气养阴,补脾肺肾,固精止带。用于脾虚食少,久泻不止,肺虚喘咳,肾虚遗精,带下,尿频,虚热消渴。

Method:(1.5-2liter)Water,Simmer The Soup 1-1and half hour Add Some Rock Sugar (If Use Slow Cooker Stew At Least 2-2and half hour)
