药材介绍 Herb Introduction:
淮山名淮山药,是山药的成品名。为薯蓣科多年生草本植物薯蓣的块根,冬季采挖。山药易栽培,最适宜在黄沙土生长,中国已有几百年的栽培山药历史。它的分布很广,著名的有河南、福建、山东、河北等地。营养丰富,药用价值极高。功能主治:益气养阴,补脾肺肾,固精止带。用于脾虚食少,久泻不止,肺虚喘咳,肾虚遗精,带下,尿频,虚热消渴。

玉竹,为百合科多年生草本植物,又名葳蕤、女萎、节地、玉术、竹节黄、竹七根、山包米、尾参、西竹、连竹、地管子、铃铛菜等。长圆柱形,略扁,少有分枝,表面黄白色或淡黄棕色,半透明,具纵皱纹及微隆起的环节,有白色圆点状的须根痕和圆盘状茎痕。原产中国西南地区,但野生分布很广。耐寒,亦耐阴,喜潮湿环境,适宜生长于含腐殖质丰富的疏松土壤。《本草经集注》云“茎干强直,似竹箭杆,有节。”故有玉竹之名。质硬而脆或稍软,易折断,断面角质样或显颗粒性。气微,味甘,嚼之发黏。具有养阴润燥,生津止渴,降血糖、血脂、血压等作用。

建议煮法 Preparation:
材料:汤料一包,肉类三百克,六碗清水。
1. 将所材料有冲洗一会。
2. 将所有材料倒入锅中,加水。
3. 以大火将药材煮滚,随后以文火煨煮一个半小时。
4. 加入适量酱油或盐,趁热上桌。
Ingredients: One packet of soup ingredients, 300g of meat, 6 bowls of water.
1. Rinse all ingredients once.
2. Place all of them in a pot with 6 bowls of water.
3. Bring to boil and turn down the fire to simmer for at least 1 and a half hour and serve hot.
4. Add salt or soya sauce as desired.
