CABERNET SAUVIGNON
This wine is in the colour of dark ruby red, with aroma of dark plums, cassis and black olives with underlying cedar-oak spice. It is a full-bodied wine showing fresh blackberry and red fruits balanced by earthy notes and some savoury spice, supported by the fine structural tannins typical of cabernet sauvignon from Coonawarra.
SHIRAZ
It is a medium to full-bodied wine with supple ripe tannins, culminating in a long finish. This wine pairs well with hearty meat dishes or hard cheeses. This wine is a full-bodied wine displaying rich fruit flavors of dark berries and plums and velvety tannins. Some reviewers describe the wine as having aromas and flavors of mulberry, chocolate, clove, cedar, vanilla, blackberry, plum, pepper, ground spice, and anise.
