药材介绍 Herb Introduction:
人参,又称为亚洲参,是具有肉质的根,多年生草本植物。《神农本草经》是现存最早的中药学专著,记载着中国4000年前就已经形成的人参药用的精髓:“人参,味甘微寒,主补五脏,安精神,定魂魄,止惊悸,除邪气,明目,开心益智。久服,轻身延年。

川芎,栽培植物,主产于四川(灌县),在云南、贵州、广西等地,生长于温和的气候环境。是一种中药植物,常用于活血行气,祛风止痛,川芎辛温香燥,走而不守,既能行散,上行可达巅顶;又入血分,下行可达血海。活血祛瘀作用广泛,适宜瘀血阻滞各种病症;祛风止痛,效用甚佳,可治头风头痛、风湿痹痛等症。昔人谓川芎为血中之气药,殆言其寓辛散、解郁、通达、止痛等功能。

建议煮法Preparation:
材料:汤料一包,肉类三百克,六碗清水。
1. 将所材料有冲洗一会。
2. 将所有材料倒入锅中,加水。
3. 以大火将药材煮滚,随后以文火煨煮一个半小时。
4. 加入适量酱油或盐,趁热上桌。
Ingredients: One packet of soup ingredients, 300g of meat, 6 bowls of water.
1. Rinse all ingredients once.
2. Place all of them in a pot with 6 bowls of water.
3. Bring to boil and turn down the fire to simmer for at least 1 and a half hour and serve hot.
4. Add salt or soya sauce as desired.
