二.雪燕木瓜盅:按每人3g雪燕,开水浸泡6小时后盛入炖盅内,加水没过食材,小火慢炖20分钟后备用。炖煮雪燕同时,取木瓜一个,竖向切去三分之一,用勺挖瓤洗净做盅。将雪燕倒入木瓜盅小火再炖10分钟后加黄冰糖即可食用。
注:雪燕炖煮30分钟以上,有可能融化与水,虽营养仍在,但影响外观。建议炖煮时,以20分钟为佳。
