药材介绍 Hearbs Introduction
沙参是《中华本草》收录的草药,药用来源为沙参为桔梗科植物沙参、杏叶沙参、轮叶沙参、云南沙参、泡沙参及其同属数种植物的根。以根入药。秋季刨采,除去地上部分及须根,刮去粗皮,即时晒干。无毒,甘而微苦,有滋补、祛寒热、清肺止咳,也有治疗心脾痛、头痛、妇女白带之效。主治气管炎,百日咳,肺热咳嗽,咯痰黄稠。根煮去苦味后,可食用。

百合干有很高的药用价值。解毒、理脾健胃、利湿消积、宁心安神、促进血液循环等功效。主治劳嗽、咳血、虚烦惊悸等症,对医治肺络疾病和保健抗衰老有特别功效。据药理研究表明,百合干有升高白细胞的作用,因此对多种癌症都有较好的疗效。风寒外感者忌用。

建议煮法 Preparation:
材料:汤料一包,六碗清水。(无需加肉类)
1. 将所材料有冲洗一会。
2. 将所有材料倒入锅中,加水。
3. 以大火将药材煮滚,随后以文火煨煮一个半小时。
4. 加入适量糖,趁热上桌。
Ingredients: One packet of soup ingredients, 6 bowls of water. (Meat is not required)
1. Rinse all ingredients once.
2. Place all of them in a pot with 6 bowls of water.
3. Bring to boil and turn down the fire to simmer for at least 1 and a half hour and serve hot.
4. Add sugar as desired.
